The EMIT Viewer is included with every fee-for-service CFT project conducted with EMIT Imaging. Links are provided following acquisition, so results open in the browser you already use. Sharing results with collaborators across institutions has never been easier.

Every Plane, One Volume
XY as acquired, with XZ and YZ reconstructed from the same stack. The four-panel view shows all three alongside a 3D panel, linked by crosshairs, so clicking a structure in one plane finds it in the others.
3D in MIP or MPR
MIP renders a rotating projection of the whole-body fluorescence signal. MPR places the three planes as cross-sections in 3D, with X, Y and Z sliders to pinpoint exactly where signal originates.
Channels and Lookup Tables
White light (RGB) plus every fluorescence channel, named by excitation and emission pair. Overlay any combination, assign a lookup table such as Fire, Green, or Red, and hide a channel with the eye toggle to check anatomy underneath.
Compare Exposure Times
CFT acquires each channel at several exposure times. Tile view puts them side by side, and the live pixel readout tells you which is the longest exposure that still sits below saturation.
Display Scales You Can Repeat
Threshold using sliders or type exact values. Entering the same range for every animal in a cohort keeps differences easy to recognize.
Saved Views
Save channels, exposures, lookup tables, ranges, masks, and flipped axes as a named view. It stays with the dataset, so reopening it restores your setup in a single click.

Take your CFT data further on the desktop
EMIT Viewer Pro is a desktop visualization application for Windows and Mac OS. It opens multiplexed whole-body CFT datasets directly from local or network drives, with no internet connection required, and adds image and movie export, annotation, and basic measurement to everything in the EMIT Viewer.
Mark what matters and record the basics
Draw shapes and labeled arrows to mark features of interest. For a freehand region, read area, perimeter, and mean, minimum, maximum and standard deviation for each active channel. Copy or print the table to share with your team.

Who is EMIT Viewer Pro for?
Teams who have a Xerra™ instrument installed and want to open their own CFT data, create images and movies, and share them across the group. Every CFT service project already includes the EMIT Viewer.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. EMIT Viewer Pro runs on your own Windows or Mac OS machine and opens data held locally or on a network drive.
What data does it open?
CFT-Zarr datasets from local or network drives.
How do seats work?
A license is $2,500 per year and includes 10 assigned seats, so collaborators can open and review the same datasets.
Can I measure and quantify in EMIT Viewer Pro?
EMIT Viewer Pro is a visualization tool with basic measurement tools, such as area, perimeter and signal statistics for a drawn region. EMIT Analyze, an all in one viewer and analysis platform, is coming soon.
