(“Emit Imaging”, “we”, “us” and “our”), consisting of company information, services and proprietary content, links, search capabilities and other Internet resources provided by Emit Imaging, affiliates of Emit Imaging and third parties. This privacy policy (“Policy”) applies to all Emit Imaging activities, including, but not limited to our brands’ websites, and all other websites, mobile sites, services, applications, platforms and tools where this Policy appears or is linked (collectively, our “Site”).

Information We Share

We do not sell or otherwise market your personal data to third parties, except to Emit Imaging affiliates. We may share personal data with service providers who perform services on our behalf (“third-party-providers”). These third-party-providers are permitted to use or disclose the information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements. If you close your registration, we will retain your personal data for a period where it is necessary to continue operating our business effectively, to maintain a record of your transactions for reporting purposes until this purpose no longer exists, and to retain as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Deleting and Updating your Information

Opt-Out, Corrections, Updates, Removals of personal data: You may opt-out of certain services or special offers/marketing communications, or correct, update, or remove personal data that Emit Imaging has collected about them through any of the means listed below. Please be sure to include the following information in your correspondence: (i) first name and last name; and (ii) E-mail address.

You access, use, and rely upon such content, products, or materials at your own risk. Emit Imaging is not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites.

Children

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. Our Site is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 18. If you are under 18 do not use our Site or provide any information about yourself including, without limitation, your name, address, email address or any screen name or user name you may use.
