CFT can act as a screening tool ahead of downstream assays (IHC, LSM, biochemical analysis) or as the final step in a longitudinal study. We adapt to your study design.
Every CFT block is set up in a way that allows fluorescence units to be normalized utilizing the fluorescence units within blocks (standards) or across blocks (OCT). CFT users are able to analyze signal intensity across regions of interest.
After imaging, we identify and analyze key regions of interest (ROIs). Deliverables include raw and processed data, statistical summaries, and publication-ready visuals. Whether you need standard ROI analysis, more in-depth analysis, or something completely custom, EMIT Imaging’s team can accommodate. Each project is assigned a dedicated Project Manager to coordinate logistics and communication. Initial results are often delivered in as few as 14 business days, with final reports typically within 25 business days.
